The Blinded Veterans of Wisconsin were one of the founding members of the Council. This partnership started in 1952. We are happy to announce that this historic cooperative agreement is back in place after a short lapse. The BVW will elect one person to have full voting rights and share in the Council’s operation and management. Mr. Gary Traynor of Eau Claire Wisconsin was elected to represent the BVW on the Council. We celebrated and honored this agreement at the Council’s 2007 Annual Awards Banquet with the BVW presentation of the colors.
