The Newsletter Committee is responsible for creating and editing the Council Courier. At its meeting the Committee discusses ideas for articles to appear in the forthcoming issue. An attempt is made to select topics which will inform readers of Council activities and other items which might be of interest. Some of the articles are written by Committee members, others are written by members of the Council’s staff. Finally Committee members edit the articles before the newsletter goes to print, is brailled and recorded or is sent by E-mail to all persons on the mailing list.
