The Wisconsin Council of the Blind & Visually Impaired publishes a newsletter, The Courier, three times a year. The newsletter includes articles on legislative issues, advocacy, rehabilitation, scholarships, events, and covers the activities of the Council and staff. It also includes information on our Free White Cane Program and other assistive technology. Articles are written by Council members and staff. The newsletter is available in a variety of formats, including large print, Braille, audio cassette, and by email.
