WCBVI RETURN POLICY

Please be aware that most products purchased may be returned within 14 days from date of purchased or shipment.Item, Manufacturer Packaging, as well as any instructions, warranty paperwork or accessories must be returned in new condition.Most talking products have a 90-day warranty, unless otherwise indicated. After 30 days you must contact the manufacturer directly.If a product is found to be defective you must notify us within 3 days for a return authorization and shipping instruction.Upon receipt the product, we will determine if product is defective and we will then either return your unit or send you a replacement.We reserve the right to not issue credit or refund if product returned is found to be abused and not in resalable condition. If the item was shipped to us, it will then be up to the party who returned the item to contact us and arrange shipment back. If we are not contacted within 30 days, item may be discarded and credit will not be issued.

SPECIAL ORDERS, VIDEO TAPES, BOOKS, COMPUTER PRODUCTS, MEDICAL, OR DIAGNOSTIC AIDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
